HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
As we ship globally, Delivery times depend on your location.
Thistle & Oak partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from warehouses located world wide via our partnership with USPS and other major post services.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Please stay calm if it does not show up after 1 or 2 weeks (please refer to tracking info).
Unfortunately, We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur during a particular countries customs point.
Estimated shipping times:
a) USA ~ 1 to 3 weeks (Tracking Available)
b) Rest Of World ~ 2 to 4 weeks (Limited Tracking Available)

Delayed delivery - on the rare occasion, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new replacement if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 days.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). Expect anywhere between 2-10 business days for tracking numbers to begin working in the postal system.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours as your order will have already been processed.
It is your responsibility to put the correct postage address in. We cannot take any responsibilities for incorrect addresses. If you have inputted the wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hrs or else your order will have been processed by the system already.
If you have input the wrong size, you must contact us within 24 hrs or else your order will be processed by the system.
If you wish to exchange due to the incorrect size sent to you by us, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be more than happy to assist you in the exchange process.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We offer a 30 day money back or exchange guarantee for undamaged and unworn items. Contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for an exchange or refund via the return form. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
